Who we are
This website is run by Qevero Ltd, a company registered in England under number 17497612, at 4 St. Peters Close, Rockland St. Peter, Attleborough, NR17 1UQ. Qevero Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at qevero@outlook.com or on +44 7493 787682.
What we collect
- Enquiries. If you email, call or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and anything you include in your message. The contact form opens your own email app, so the message is sent as a normal email.
- Website usage. Only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) records how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, your device type and your approximate location.
- Advertising. Only if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records visits so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts and show them to relevant people.
- Client work. When we work for you, we hold the contact and business details needed to deliver the project and send invoices.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To deliver work we have agreed with you and to invoice for it: performance of a contract, and our legal obligations for accounting records.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure our adverts: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting), Microsoft (email), Google (analytics and tag management) and Meta (advertising measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of a project, to meet tax and accounting rules. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to another organisation. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. To make a request, email qevero@outlook.com. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Our use of cookies is explained in our cookie policy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we use personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
