The issue
LabFit was writing every tender by hand. Each offer had to be laid out and formatted from scratch, which took hours of the team’s time and meant the finished tenders varied depending on who wrote them.
The idea
We wanted to keep what makes each tender personal, the client’s details and requirements, while taking the formatting work away from the team entirely.
The process
We mapped how LabFit’s tenders were structured and built a bespoke AI tender generator around that format. The team enters the client’s brief and the system returns a complete tender in LabFit’s standard layout, personalised to that client.
The result
Tender offers that used to take hours are now produced in minutes, and every one follows the same professional standard.
