The issue
Workspace Fitout came to us with a problem they faced when tendering for jobs. Clients wanted to see the aesthetics and design being pitched for their workspace, not just the logistics.
The idea
We set out to show the look of each proposed space inside the tender itself, appealing to a range of audiences while keeping the tender professional.
The process
Our research showed that moodboards were the most effective way to convey a design, but making them by hand for every tender would be too slow and too inconsistent. So we built an AI version of a bespoke tender generator that creates a moodboard from each client’s brief.
The result
The AI tender generator has let Workspace Fitout put a clear design idea in front of every client and expand its portfolio with high-quality tenders.
We took this work on as a charity piece and continue to host the site free of charge, as a way of giving back to the local Norfolk community.
